Marc Caruso is the Emmy-nominated Co-Founder and CEO of Angry Mob Music. With over 25 years of experience in music publishing and rights management, he has guided the company’s growth from a boutique startup into a respected, full-service independent publisher with a global reach. Marc’s career began in music editorial for film and television, where he served as Executive Producer at Red Arc Music Group and President of Reel Fusion, Inc., overseeing music editorial for major TV and film productions. His background on both the creative and operational sides of the business informs his leadership approach today.
At Angry Mob, Marc drives overall strategy across publishing, licensing, and administration, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and creative advocacy. He serves as a Board Director and past President of the LA Chapter of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP), and holds key roles with the National Music Publishers’ Association (NMPA), including participation on the Independent Publishers Advisory Council and Team 100. Based in Santa Monica with his wife and two children, Marc enjoys playing synths in his 80s cover band when not leading the charge at Angry Mob.
Marc Caruso

Sean Harrison is Co-Founder of Angry Mob Music and Executive Director of Creative Sync at AM2, the company’s in-house sync division. With more than two decades of experience in music for film, television, trailers, and advertising, Sean leads AM2’s efforts in creative development, production, and placement. He began his career at Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions, working closely with top composers like Zimmer, Harry Gregson-Williams, and John Powell. That early exposure to storytelling through music continues to shape his approach today.
At Angry Mob, Sean drives sync strategy, oversees custom production, and plays a central role in A&R. His placements span Marvel franchises, major streaming series, feature films, and campaigns for global brands. Sean also collaborates with a diverse roster of artists and composers, ensuring AM2 remains at the forefront of sync innovation.
When he’s not navigating the sync world or refining a mix, Sean is crafting cocktails like it’s an art form and hanging out with his Shiba Inu, Rennie—his emotional support animal, and occasional Zoom crasher.
Sean Harrison

Ralph Torrefranca is Executive Director of A&R at Angry Mob Music, where he leads creative development across the company’s songwriter, artist, and producer roster. With nearly two decades in the music industry, Ralph has built a career around championing emerging talent and nurturing long-term artistry. Prior to joining Angry Mob, he held roles at Red Light Management and Grandstand Media, where he managed artists and led development efforts. He began his career as the youngest DJ in the history of KJEE Santa Barbara, later expanding into PR and touring with artists such as Ben Gibbard, Jackson Browne, Radiohead, and Local Natives.
At Angry Mob, Ralph has played a key role in identifying and developing a diverse group of writers and producers, including Bailey Bryan (Shaboozey, Kiana Ledé), Jake Scott (Platinum-certified hits including Russell Dickerson’s “She Likes It”), Joe Pepe (iann dior, Travis Barker), and Bus (Ty Dolla $ign, Kendrick Lamar). He is also the founder of Angry Mob's New Normal Writing Camp, a diversity-focused songwriting initiative, and has authored a widely shared Billboard op-ed on equity and representation in writers' rooms. In addition to his publishing work, Ralph is the frontman of the post-punk band Cuffed Up and an award-winning filmmaker whose work has been recognized by IFS and the Academy Nicholl Fellowship.
Ralph Torrefranca

Jessie LaBelle is Director of Creative Sync at Angry Mob Music, where she leads the company’s expansion into brand and advertising partnerships. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of music and visual media, she brings a deep understanding of how music drives both emotional impact and measurable results.
Her career has spanned both sides of the sync landscape, from supervising music for major brand campaigns to developing artist-first licensing strategies that boost commercial visibility. Before joining Angry Mob, Jessie led creative teams at music agencies, securing placements across film, TV, and advertising, and building a reputation for connecting music with culture in meaningful ways.
She works closely with the Executive Director of Creative Sync to grow AM2’s presence in the commercial space and develop client strategies that highlight Angry Mob’s diverse roster. A former Chair of Women in Music Chicago and an active member of The Guild of Music Supervisors and The Recording Academy, Jessie is also a strong advocate for mentorship and inclusion within the music industry.
Jessie LaBelle

Dan Goldstein leads all royalty operations at Angry Mob Music, ensuring accurate and timely payments to clients worldwide. A Minneapolis native, Dan began his career in rights and royalties at CMH Records, then moved on to roles at Peer Music and Concord, where he managed large catalogs across complex global systems. He brings both analytical rigor and a passion for artist advocacy to his work.
At Angry Mob, Dan’s focus is on optimizing royalty flow, resolving discrepancies, and building systems that scale alongside the company’s growing roster. Known for his spreadsheet skills and dry humor, he also DJs weddings and special events on the side. When not tracking down missing income, Dan enjoys exploring California’s music and food scenes with his wife and twin children.
Dan Goldstein

Patrick Conseil is a veteran music publishing executive and global creative strategist, currently consulting for Angry Mob Music. He began his career at A&M Records in London before transitioning into publishing, where he held senior creative and international roles at Warner Chappell Music and Round Hill Music, as well as a consultancy with Reservoir. Over his career, Patrick has signed or pitched songs that have been recorded by global icons such as Kylie Minogue, Celine Dion, Sam Fischer, Florent Pagny, Falco, Moby, Jennifer Paige, Reik, and Axelle Red. His work spans pop, rock, dance, and adult contemporary genres, with a particular expertise in bridging the gap between U.S. and international markets.
At Angry Mob, Patrick plays a key role in shaping international creative strategy, managing sub-publisher relationships, and facilitating cross-border writing collaborations. He also oversees a joint venture between his company, Pure Pop Music LLC, and Angry Mob Music that includes the works of Richard Walters and a catalogue of copyrights by Rune Westberg. Fluent in multiple languages and deeply immersed in global music culture, Patrick brings an instinctive ear and a trusted network to every project he touches.
Patrick Conseil

Ryan Brooks brings creative vision and deep industry insight to his role as Creative Sync Manager at AM2. Before joining Angry Mob, he contributed to the sync efforts of Virgin Music Group and Capitol Music Group, coordinating large-scale pitches and placements across a variety of media. He also worked at Squeak E. Clean Studios, where he developed a keen sense of how music impacts storytelling in commercials and branded content.
At AM2, Ryan collaborates with music supervisors, editors, and producers to connect emotionally resonant music with visual narratives. He also supports the development of AM2’s writer roster, bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented perspective to both strategy and execution. Outside of work, Ryan is a musician, sound designer, and enthusiast of 35mm film and analog culture.
Ryan Brooks

Charlotte Rowe is the Manager of Contract Licensing at Angry Mob Music, where she handles publishing agreements, mechanical and sync licenses, and the negotiation of clearances. Prior to joining Angry Mob, Charlotte held licensing roles at Round Hill, HFA, BMG, and YouTube, gaining experience on both the publisher and platform sides of the industry.
She holds a Music Business degree from NYU and brings a sharp eye for legal nuance along with a collaborative approach to deal-making. Based in Nashville, Charlotte helps ensure Angry Mob’s licensing operations are smooth, timely, and aligned with industry best practices. In her downtime, she enjoys cooking, hiking with her dog, and volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Charlotte Rowe

Ashleigh Coulter is Manager of Creative Sync at Angry Mob Music/AM2, where she focuses on securing placements in trailers, promos, and film/TV. With a background in both frontline licensing and custom music, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the sync process—from pitching and creative curation to negotiation and clearance.
Originally from Texas, Ashleigh discovered her passion for sync while attending Chapman University, where she worked with one of her favorite bands, Palace, to score her senior thesis film. She began her professional career at Songtradr, managing the full sync lifecycle across a broad catalog. She later joined Evolving Sound, specializing in cinematic cues and trailer-ready compositions, and also worked with Virgin Music Group’s Sync team, supporting frontline licensing across a diverse roster.
At Angry Mob, Ashleigh combines strategic thinking with a strong creative ear, helping build lasting relationships with supervisors and content creators. Outside of work, she enjoys street photography, travel, Pilates, and discovering new restaurants around Los Angeles.
Ashleigh Coulter

Mary-Clare Lee manages copyright and royalty operations at Angry Mob Music, overseeing everything from registrations and claims to income tracking and audit support. She began her journey with the company as a college intern and steadily rose through the ranks due to her technical acumen and keen attention to detail. A graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a degree in Music Business, Mary-Clare brings a well-rounded perspective to her work.
Her background as a classically trained multi-instrumentalist enhances her understanding of the artistic side of music publishing, giving her a unique sensitivity when it comes to protecting creators’ rights. Outside of her professional role, Mary-Clare performs with her siblings in a Celtic Nu-Folk band.
Mary-Clare Lee

Max Hirsh is A&R Manager and Studio Manager at Angry Mob Music, where he oversees co-writing sessions, pitching, and day-to-day creative development for the company’s songwriter roster. Before joining Angry Mob, Max gained valuable experience at The Orchard, Superfly, and 7S Management, exploring various parts of the music business and discovering his passion for A&R.
He holds a B.S. in Music Business from the University of Colorado Denver and is the co-founder of The New Normal Writing Camp—an initiative focused on amplifying underrepresented voices and fostering creative community. Max brings a keen ear, inclusive spirit, and collaborative energy to every project he touches.
Max Hirsh

Paul Pedziwiatr is the Catalog Manager at Angry Mob Music, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, organization, and delivery of the company’s nearly 10,000-track catalog. He joined Angry Mob in 2018 and has filled a number of roles across sync, production, and administration. His background includes prior experience at Spirit Production Music and Defend Music, where he worked on everything from metadata tagging to music supervision for promo campaigns.
Known internally as the “Mayor of DISCO,” Paul brings equal parts technical precision and creative flair to everything he does. He holds degrees in music composition and film scoring, and has contributed original music to award-winning independent films featured at Cannes, Slamdance, and other international festivals.
