During the first quarter of 2017 Angry Mob Music added four new songwriters and producers to its growing publishing roster. Spanning both coasts, the signings continue to establish Angry Mob’s creative presence in the electronic, dance and pop formats.

Body Langage

Body Language signed an Exclusive Worldwide Co-Publishing Agreement with Angry Mob Music. The deal encompasses past and future releases for the band and the songwriting works of its individual members.

The Brooklyn-based Body Language are known for their restless pop experiments with a future-shocked blend of soul and R&B. The quartet’s debut LP Social Studies earned the approval of everyone from NPR to The New York Times to The Guardian. Their second album Grammar was equally well-received and last year’s EP Infinite Sunshine was reviewed by The Fader who said “just shy of 25-minutes long, (the EP) makes up for what it lacks in length with an abundance of exuberance and groove.”

“The opportunity to work with the caliber of talent that Matthew, Grant and Angelica individually and collectively bring to the table is why we love being in music,” says Marc Caruso, CEO of Angry Mob Music. “They are inspiring songwriters and producers, as well as accomplished performers, and we are so excited to help them achieve their goal of long and successful careers.”

Paul Gutierrez

Paul Gutierrez also signed an Exclusive Worldwide Co-Publishing Agreement with Angry Mob Music. The deal encompasses past and future releases for the producer and songwriter.

Paul Gutierrez is a LA based producer originally from Orange County, CA. With years of classical piano training, Paul started producing pop music in early 2016. The tools of the trade he learned from several studio internships helped him pick up the art of music production. After seriously producing for 8 months, he was offered his first publishing deal with Angry Mob Music. Paul enjoys collaborating with all types of artists, and is devoutly dedicated to his own artist project, DØLBY. With an ear for hooks and a tremendous work ethic, Paul is destined to have a lengthy career in music.

“Paul is an amazing addition to the Angry Mob family and we could not be more excited to work with him,” says Marc Caruso, CEO of Angry Mob Music. “His excellent song craft is equally matched with his top-notch production skills, and we look forward to supporting Paul to garner the successful career we know he is deserving of.”
