The 2022 Nashville Film Fest was underway this Fall and brought together creatives and industry professionals for a six day event packed with award ceremonies for categories such as film and screenwriting, artist showcases, panels in sync and music supervision, and of course, parties! Angry Mob Music proudly sponsored the Sync In TV Panel which featured guests: Whitney Pilzer (Black And White Music), Russell Ziecker (Lionsgate and STARZ), and Jennifer Wolczyk (Whizbang). Angry Mob’s Sr. Director of Sync, Debra Delshad, attended the festival and met with fellow members of our Nashville based sub-publisher, Demolition Music, while also networking with other professionals in the music industry in areas of music supervision, sync, production, and trailer houses.
The festival also presented a special 35th anniversary screening of Dirty Dancing with special guest songwriters including: Alfie Zappacosta, Frank Previte, John DeNicola, Joseph DeBeasi, and Stacy Widelitz, all of whom worked on the films soundtrack.
