Los Angeles, CA (July 24, 2025)– Angry Mob Music, an independent music publisher boldly serving songwriters, composers, artists, and creatives, has launched their new creative sync division, AM2. The new in?house sync division led by Angry Mob’s Co-Founder and Executive Director, Creative Sync, Sean Harrison, folds together sync production, sync A&R, and licensing into a single, streamlined unit. As part of the launch, AM2 has appointed Jessie LaBelle as Director of Creative Sync, and Ashleigh Coulter as Manager of Creative Sync who will join existing AM2 team member and Creative Sync Manager, Ryan Brooks. LaBelle, based in Chicago; Coulter, based in Los Angeles; and Brooks, based in New York; will report to Sean Harrison.

Helmed by Angry Mob’s Co-Founder and Executive Director of Creative Sync, Sean Harrison, AM2 is the newly formed, dedicated sync division of Angry Mob Music where original music, curated catalogs, and creative partnerships come together under one roof. With teams based in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, AM2 is strategically positioned at the center of media and culture, connecting exceptional artists and composers with the world’s top brands, studios, and content creators.

With a 20+ year career in Film & TV music, Sean Harrison is a driving force in the world of music synchronization. At AM2, he leads the charge in curating, producing, and placing music across film, television, gaming, advertising, and trailer campaigns. His role encompasses both creative and strategic oversight, ensuring that AM2’s catalog and custom compositions seamlessly integrate into high-profile visual media projects. Under his leadership, AM2 has contributed to major entertainment properties, with placements in Marvel franchises (Spider-Man, Thor, Iron Man, Wolverine, Captain America), acclaimed series and films (Bridgerton, Murder at the End of the World, House of Gucci, The Green Knight, Wahl Street), and high-profile advertising campaigns for Adidas, Google WNBA, Toyota, Ulta Beauty, Walmart, Abercrombie & Fitch, among others.

Jessie LaBelle (Director, Creative Sync) leads AM2’s sync efforts across all media types and is responsible for spearheading the division’s expansion into brand and advertising partnerships. With over 15 years at the intersection of music and visual media, she’s supervised global campaigns, crafted artist-first licensing strategies, and driven measurable results. Prior to Angry Mob, Jessie led creative teams at top music agencies, securing placements across film, television, and advertising while building a reputation for connecting music with culture. A former Chair of Women in Music Chicago and an active member of The Guild of Music Supervisors and The Recording Academy, Jessie is a passionate advocate for mentorship and inclusion.

Ashleigh Coulter (Manager, Creative Sync) focuses on securing placements in trailers, promos, and film/TV. Originally from Texas, Ashleigh discovered her passion for sync at Chapman University, collaborating with indie band Palace to score her senior thesis film. Coulter began her professional journey at Songtradr, managing the full sync lifecycle across a broad catalog, then transitioned to specializing in cinematic and trailer-ready compositions at Evolving Sound, before supporting frontline licensing as part of Virgin Music Group’s Sync team. Her well-rounded background, from creative curation and pitching to negotiation and clearance, brings a 360-degree perspective to AM2’s creative process.

Ryan Brooks (Manager, Creative Sync) oversees AM2’s in-house music production and leads relationships with New York–based advertising clients, bridging the gap between composers and agencies with a sharp creative vision and deep industry insight. Prior to joining Angry Mob, Ryan worked at Squeak E. Clean Studios, where he collaborated directly with brands, agencies, and directors to craft original music and supervise sonic identities for national ad campaigns and branded content. He also contributed to the sync efforts of Virgin Music Group and Capitol Music Group, managing large-scale pitches and placements across a range of visual media.
