The song “Stone Love” by the popular Reggae band, Pepper, has officially reached gold status as certified by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The single, which was released on the 2002 album ‘Kona Town’, is to date one the bands major hits and has been a fan favorite at their live shows all across the world. The song has garnered over 70mill streams on Spotify alone. Pepper, known for their stylish Reggae Pop sound, have amassed millions of streams and sold hundreds of thousands of albums and singles over the course of their 20+ year career. Pepper has a developed an incredible fan base since their inception in the early 00’s and their sound has been compared to such acts as Sublime, Slightly Stoopid, and other notable bands in the Cali-Heat scene that has dominated the Southern California area since the mid 90’s.
